Hotel reservation deadline: August 7, 2026.
The workshop will take place in the conference room at Qihu Hotel. For your convenience, you may choose to stay at Qihu Hotel or the nearby Swan Lake View Hotel. The room rates at the two hotels vary slightly—Qihu Hotel is closer to Yanqi Lake, so its prices are a bit higher. Reservations made after August 7 are not guaranteed to be available.
If there is a change in occupancy requirements, please make timely changes in a timely manner.
