There is no registration fee.
1. For general attendees
The deadline for the registration is July 5. Please register at “Registration (for all attendees)” in the Registration & Hotel Reservation tab. The cost of the round trip and accommodation will be covered by the attendee's own.
2. For SECUF-support attendees
SECUF will select 120 applicants to cover the costs during the summer school. Participants are responsible for the round trip. The deadline to apply for SECUF-support is June 15.
Please register at “Registration (for all attendees)” first and then apply at “Summer School (for applying for SECUF-support)” in the Registration & Hotel Reservation tab. You need to provide relevant personal information for the application, including but not limited to your resume, a letter of recommendation (signed by your supervisor), etc.
And the summer school has added a "Young Users" session for users. If you have come to SECUF to conduct experimental research, you can apply through the registration (Summer School) to give an oral presentation, and your applicaition will be given priority and support.
SECUF will select the applicants in several different batches. The preliminary plan is to select a portion of each in late April, late May, and mid June, 2025. If enrollment is full during the process, registration will be closed in advance.
If you are unable to attend due to a change in schedule after receiving the official SECUF-support email, please contact us by June 20, 2025 via email. If SECUF-support is approved and you do not show up without an excuse, it will affect the subsequent enrollment of your group in future SECUF summer schools.
